I believe that PLEASURE has the transformative power to heal, energize and nourish, and that living a pleasure filled life means making a conscious shift in our thinking, habits and daily rituals. If we listen to that voice inside and tune into our pleasure it supports us to become more of who we are and who we are meant to be. In this way pleasure becomes our guiding force.
Through conversation, education and a curated selection of carefully vetted products, I’m on a mission to elevate sexual consciousness and amplify pleasure.
To me, pleasure and intimacy deeply impacts the connection and bonds that we create with ourselves and with others. It’s these connections that give us a greater sense of meaning and happiness and wellbeing than just about any other thing. It is what fuels my work and fuels my world.
LILA'S STORY
THE BEGINNINGS
Full disclosure: I’ve always been fascinated by sex but I haven’t always enjoyed having it…
In my 20’s I was thrown into an industry based upon over-sexualising and undervaluing young women, I had some not-so-great experiences with not-so-great men. I had abortions, miscarriages, failed relationships & sexual misconducts, you name it – I probably went through it. Not to mention a diagnosis that my hormones were that of a woman who had already gone through menopause!
I dedicated myself to my own sexual healing. I pretty much tried everything out there and traveled to obscure pockets across the globe in search of the key ingredients for fulfilling sex. It wasn’t until about a decade in that I realized that I wasn’t alone in feeling disconnected from my sexuality. That it wasn’t a personal failure of mine but rather something missing in the collective that wasn’t being filled by anything meaningful.
My mess eventually turned into my mission, to empower women to discover their most authentic expression in sex.
Now as a sex coach, a wife and mother of two, I bring together two decades worth of “field research” (oh yes…) and formal studies in the field of sexology to my sex coaching sessions, educational programs and events. I’ve done the hard yards, so you don’t have to.

Cultural conditioning and external expectations have smothered our desires and needs. We look around and see relationships & sex lives lacking in joy, fun and play.

With more people enslaved today than at any other time in world history it is important to unravel the shadow side of sexuality.
We are proud to be partnering with OUR, which is on a mission to rescue children from sex trafficking and sex exploitation.
OUR uses highly skilled operatives that lead coordinated identification and extraction efforts. Once victims are rescued, a comprehensive process involving justice for the perpetrators and recovery and rehabilitation for the survivors begins.
